He then spent over a decade managing investments at some of New York’s largest hedge funds and asset managers, including Highline Capital, First Manhattan, and Permian Investment Partners. His work spanned multiple industries—especially technology, business services, and financials.
Scott earned his MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School, where he studied the same value investing principals as Warren Buffett. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado, where he graduated with high distinction.
Scott is a proud girl dad to Palmer, Alden, and Grady—three spirited daughters who keep him on his toes with a full schedule of school, sports, and neighborhood adventures. He and his wife Parker, a talented interior decorator and former magazine editor, have been married for over a decade. Together, they live on the North Shore of Long Island, where family, friends, and sports are constants in their home.
An avid golfer, Scott enjoys nothing more than teeing it up with friends or introducing his
daughters to the game. A lifelong sports enthusiast and devoted Denver Broncos fan, he’s just as happy reading a great book as he is catching the latest game.
